Refund policy

Rane Bags offers a 30-day return and refund policy. Returns or refunds are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases: incorrect product received, defective product, or product damaged during shipping. Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for change of mind. Customers must contact us at ranebags@gmail.com before returning any item.

Fees & Costs

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 5% transaction fee applies to cancellations or refunds.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items and will be replaced with the same product. To request an exchange, contact ranebags@gmail.com for instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your card provider, and then your bank. If the issue persists, email ranebags@gmail.com.
